Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6/13/2026

1. Who you're dealing with

These Terms govern your use of the Devon Packett Training website and digital training programs ("Service"), provided by Devon Packett Training ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The product

Devon Packett Training sells one-time-purchase digital training courses with lifetime access. Each course consists of written programs and video lessons.

3. Account & acceptable use

You must keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You must not misuse the Service: no unlawful use, fraud, infringement of intellectual property, scraping, security probing, malware, or distribution of our content.

4. Intellectual property

All course content, branding, and software are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the courses you purchase for personal, non-commercial use. No reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution.

5. Payment & billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee).

7. Service level

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

8. Health disclaimer

Our programs are general fitness education, not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any training program. You assume all risk of injury.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Contact

Questions: contact us through Paddle at paddle.net for order issues, or via the email listed on our site for everything else.
