Who we are

Devon Packett Training ("we") operates Devon Packett Training and acts as the data controller for personal data described below.

• Account data (email, password hash, display name) — to create your account and provide access to courses (contract performance).
• Purchase data (course purchased, transaction reference) — to grant entitlement to the courses you bought (contract performance).
• Usage / device data (IP address, browser, basic telemetry) — for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to respond to your enquiries.

Who we share data with

• Paddle.com — our Merchant of Record for sale of courses, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
• Hosting and backend providers — to operate the Service.
• Authorities — where required by law.

Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists, plus a short retention period for legal/accounting needs. Then we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise any of these. UK/EEA users can also complain to their local supervisory authority.
